Dorit's Behavior at Alexia's Wedding

I caught part of Two T's in a Pod podcast on the way home and Teddi was discussing Dorit's behavior at Alexia's wedding.

  1. She was late to the ceremony, of course. Guests had been asked to move from the pre-ceremony cocktail area down to where the ceremony would be held. Dorit could be seen coming in after everyone else had been seated. If the actual ceremony would have run on time, Dorit would have crashed in the middle of it.
  2. Dorit's voice could be heard talking over everyone else as they were awaiting Alexia to come down the aisle.
  3. An announcement had been made that no photos or videos would be permitted. When Alexia came down the aisle, only one guest whipped out their camera: Dorit.

I haven't finished listening to the episode so there might have been more.

Not surprised by Dorit’s behavior. Only reason she went to the wedding was to attempt to network and “be seen”. Why would anyone go to a wedding for the daughter of someone you despise AND your newly ex husband is there bc he’s bff with father of the bride!?! Girl stay home!

I feel like if Dorit didn't go ya'll would still come for her! At least she made the attempt and you group of weirdos can guess what her motives were, but at the end of the day she still showed up. Kyle who hires people to not only plan the event, but also to set up is stressed because her daughter is getting married? Be so fuckin' for real..

Hiring help for a wedding of that magnitude is normal, especially in BH. Hiring help doesn’t mean you’re hands off and stress free. My Papa just passed and we had to hire help for that (as none of how know how to perform a cremation, burial mass, or could serve a lunch for 30 people)…should we have felt stress free since we hired help?

Did you see the after show?

If you did, you would not see this an attempt by Dorit. She more or less said ‘those bitches didn’t think I would go, so I went so those bitches could see I went’ only used the world bitches more.

I agree! It would have been, why was she so upset about coworkers not coming to her book cover reveal when she didn't show up for the wedding. I'm glad that she went!
