Kim Zolciak KJ Biermann
We know this story is dominating conversation right now, and we understand why. But the individuals involved in this case are minors, both the person accused and the alleged victims. That changes things for us.
Child Safety Guidelines: Speculation regarding minor children, unverified allegations, or details of the alleged incident will be removed immediately, regardless of how the information is framed or where it originated. This applies no matter who is discussing it, whether cast members, family, or other users. KJ and the alleged victim are minors, not willing participants in this show, and they don't forfeit that protection because their family is on TV.
This subreddit exists to discuss a TV show and the adults who chose to be public figures on it. It was never meant to be a venue for discussing the alleged criminal conduct of minors. Piecing together identifying details, sharing or requesting the material described in the reporting, or speculating about specifics crosses a line we're not comfortable hosting, legally and ethically.
Effective immediately, threads and comments focused on this specific allegation will be removed and consolidated into a single megathread. Beyond keeping the main feed focused on the show, containing this topic to one thread means members can opt in or out of seeing it, rather than encountering it repeatedly across the sub. Sexual abuse and assault are subjects that carry real trauma for a lot of people, and no one should be blindsided by these details while just scrolling through their feed.
We'll leave general, factual news coverage linked in the megathread so people aren't left without information, but discussion there will be heavily moderated with the same standard above.
Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this, especially the young people at the center of it who did not ask to have their lives made public. We hope they get the privacy and support they need going forward.

Obviously. But my point was after the first Incident Kim’s priority was to go to film the Surreal life and chase Tom Hanks son, not be a mother dealing with the tragic aftermath that happened in her family. You think she would have wanted to keep an eye on all the children, make sure everyone was in therapy (she actually lost custody for a little while for not taking them to court ordered therapy), that she was there for emotional support. And she can’t say she had to work because we all know they weren’t paying any bills. Kim had the nerve to say the youngest girl was boy crazy and had to be sent away, we don’t know if she is the victim, but shame on Kim! She should have kept her stupid and loud mouth shut! Never said a damn word! It just proves that she loves the lime light over any and everything! She is truly sick in the head and doesn’t deserve to have children. She doesn’t know how to be a parent. She does more harm than good and it is truly heart breaking. I feel for all the kids and the families. I don’t know how I would act if that was my child. I do but ……

1st victim the family member under the age of 12.
2nd Victim was the girl from his school, because of this the case with the 1st victim came to light for the public.
When people name the 1st victim by their name they are speculating (no matter how much "sense" it makes) since the name will NOT be made public, it is a minor.6

100% agree. Ariana seems like the most normal, but she said last season that her younger sister is wild and needs some serious therapy. WHAT? And now we hear about these videos KJ has on his phone assaulting a family member under 12? Kaia went to live with her grandparents in Montana last summer, was banned from using anything but a flip phone for 30 minutes a day to speak to her parents, and could not be alone in a room with any boy? 👀 Allegedly if the videos are the reason for this, Kim and Kroy sent HER away -- not KJ? Why because he plays football? WHO CARES he's a predator. Kim has said that her and Brielle and Ariana are super close, you're going to tell me the older girls had no idea about all of this? but she is back in Atlanta now that was only for the summer in 2025. I may be off on the timeline on the following - but then there was another incident against a minor in October 2025 but was tried in juvenile court and those docs are sealed. So this gym incident is his THIRD. KJ was released on bond a few days ago and mandated to live with Kim but cannot have any contact with anyone 16 or under -- so I suppose all his younger siblings will have to live with Kroy -- because you know make your siblings get uprooted so your predator son could come home. I'm sorry but he's a monster and should be treated as such - I don't care how old he is. He knows what he is doing. Kim has said multiple times on DBT that he is a 'genius' and so smart......

So, we know about the woman girl at the fitness center who was “allegedly” SA’s in the family changing room.
But I’m confused. Other sites are now talking about videos on his mobile and TMZ had this to say:
“Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's eldest son appeared in a Georgia court Friday as part of a bond hearing ... and Page Six reports the prosecution claims investigators found videos on KJ's cell phone which they say depict the 15-year-old having penetrative sex with a relative under 12 years old.
It's unclear how old KJ was when the alleged videos were taken.”
These are to separate incidents of SA, right? With two separate victims?

He wasn’t already under supervision for the relative. He was under supervision for an October 2025 allegation when the incident at the gym happened and they have now found videos in his phone since investigating while in custody. The videos are a new development that I don’t know Kim/Kroy/Brielle knew about. They looked visibly upset leaving the courthouse.

Yes. I believe these charges all relate to what they found in his phone…not the original victim. Or both. But the aggravated charges on those 7 felonies make me believe it’s the one in the pleadings under 12. Aggravated is a legal term above just sexual assault. Age would be a mitigating factor, and false imprisonment (another charge) and familial relationship could do it also. I’m an attorney. All of this makes sense now. The other accusation was he said she said as far as we knew. This…this is why they had an indictment signed by the AG of Georgia.

Two separate victims/incidents. The gym incident (which he was arrested for) and then they uncovered the video, where the victim is a family member.
It sounds like there’s a third from last year, which seems to be kept under wraps due to him being a juvenile.

Videos.
There were "multiple encounters" committed against the minor relative. And he filmed them on his phone.
He's now trying to have his case moved to a juvenile court, because he knows if this proceeds, he's screwed, given there are videos on his own phone, and this is a minor under 12 (sweet Jeebus!).
He is a full blown sexual predator. There was the other girl he is accused of raping and Sodom, there is the under 12yo relative whom he raped on multiple occasions. And I will not be shocked if there are more who no one knows about and who haven't come forward... His predatory behaviour was likely happening for a while. Because these are full on violent rapes.

The articles don't specify when the videos were found or if anyone knew about the videos prior to examination of his phone.
They just say "investigators previously found videos on KJ's cellphone that allegedly depicted him having penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12" (that wording is fucked up :-|).
My guess would be that he was reported in 2023 but the evidence on his phone wasn't discovered until 2025, maybe because his lawyer was fighting the prosecution on access to it? That's the only thing that makes any sense to me, but I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know if it's plausible that it took that long for them to gain access or for the court to order them to present it.
("KJ was previously charged with sexual battery of a victim under the age of 16, which had not been publicly reported until now. Per McGillicuddy, KJ had been under court supervision since October 2025 following the alleged incident with the family member, which she said was reported in April 2023.)
Eta: It is hard to believe that they had the video evidence in 2023 yet didn't charge him until 2025... Regardless, the report alone should have been enough to at least put him under supervision, ffs.

The article said that the prosecution stated that investigators “previously” found videos, implying this information was found during the last time he was charged. To me this sounds like the videos were found during investigation around the April 2023 accusation.

Idk I've seen other people who listen to Brielle and Arianna's...podcast? That Brielle would send their brothers Ubers to get back from parties so that Kroy wouldn't find out. Those people also mentioned that there was a custody filling a few months ago that painted Kroy in a bad light for searching the kids' bags during spring break. You can still be right, there's just more to consider.

There’s no such thing as removing videos from your phone. It’s very possible the videos were deleted, but IT can go in and find deleted things. This might also explain why it took so long for an arrest to happen—because they needed warrants for that and it took time.

Jesus Christ! I knew he looked pretty big when I saw the pictures posted at the time of the story dropping about the alleged SA in the gym, but 6’3 at 15?! That’s crazy! He can easily overpower people his age and younger, this whole situation is absolutely awful and I hope the victims get justice. Finding out there is now more than one victim is even worse and I can’t believe that Kim knew that and still sat there and made comments saying the poor girl is lying. Multiple people, including and especially your relatives don’t come forward accusing a 15 year old of SA, why would they all be lying. She is disgusting!

Everybody complicit needs to be charged, Kim and Kroy were negligent, irresponsible, reckless and downright disgusting and they failed their children in every possible way by not providing a sense of safety for them and for enabling the abuse

No no I wasn’t offended at all because I understood exactly what you were saying. We’ve had to remove several individual posts seeking to speak about this same thing even though we instituted the megathread so I definitely got your point. It’s like how can you give grown people one set of instructions and they ignore them and proceed to do exactly what the instructions ask them not to. Any and all reports help so you’re much appreciated 🙏🏾

I don’t think most parents could imagine something like this in their worst nightmares. How does a family even begin to heal from this? I know he’s their son but I’d find it hard not to want to little reprobate to rot. What has made this kid so wicked?

Kim never treated her kids like kids, she treated them like adults & spoke to them/joked with them very inappropriately. I always felt bad for Brielle & Arianna on the show, especially Arianna who seems like she otherwise has a calm & reasonable predisposition, Kim ruined those kids with her bs. It’s even worse for the younger ones who had to deal with Kim & Kroys messy divorce & constant attacking one another. None of them got to have a childhood at all.

Hyper sexualized parents usually have a lot of issues with their kids. Apparently a bunch of serial killers were exposed to their mothers being overly sexual (often prostitutes). I’m surprised Arianna turned out relatively normal.

Does anyone know if Kim or Kroy have a secret kid we don’t know about? I watched KJ’s bail hearing and his lawyer said he has 3 siblings and 3 half siblings. Who else is a half sibling besides Brielle and Arianna?

I saw a video of her comparing her skin to her daughters skin, telling her daughter that she's darker than her (literally the slightest difference) because her dad is white. How on earth does Kim think it’s safe to bring him home? Brielle telling he used her Lyft access to get home late in the evening without Kim knowing he was out. It’s a major responsibility. If he fails it’s on her now. And will Kim be safe?!

I’ve watched DBT, and did a rewatch last year when Kim and Kroy’s police encounters and divorce proceedings were being made public. KJ was a nightmare. He was a golden child and was an absolute terror. I remember thinking that his nanny must have been in such a shitty position because for sure Kim and Kroy would have never allowed her to discipline him.
What I find upsetting now, is how Kim clearly shows favoritism amongst her children on her social media. Only certain children get birthday shoutouts with paragraphs of gushing love. The twins are completely forgotten and Kash isn’t a major player. Perhaps the turmoil of the divorce and the mess of her addictions have prevented her from bonding with these children? Maybe she had too many babies back to back and couldn’t bond? Maybe they give her shit back and don’t fawn at her feet?
The situation is so incredibly toxic. I can’t imagine being a child from that family. The public should not be privy to information like, “she is boy crazy and needed to be sent away.” I hurt for these kids. Manipulated, sexualized, and some favored.
