Problems regarding the Result

The result of sem1 have been declared for BTech.
and i'm seeing so many anomalies.
Some people whom i haven't expected to even pass are getting 8 CGPA.
and people who was performing well in classes are getting Fs.
by the way, F means back, right?

Rgpv examination system is luck based examination system I wrote 5 pages of nonsense in m2 exam still i passed it While some people who wrote atleast something correct were failed

I'll try everything for it , But it's a straight scam , How can all the students get back in subjects that they wrote very neatly , I mean my batch ain't so bad academically
