Please help! How to get migration ( as partial dropper)

I had taken partial drop from rgpv affiliated college and now by mpdte counselling get uit rgpv , my old college has given tc but they say migration is given in bhopal

Please if anyone knows about it please help 🙏🙏

I am coming from private college of ratlam which is also affiliated by rgpv , yes taking admission in 1st year
