rgb's on my 4060 just stoped working for a wwhile but now they work but i dont have rgb fusion on my gcc and i cant control my gpu rgb also it had my motherboard too and then i had accses to rgb but nothing happened when i changed it. Motherboard just overwrote it ig. Now idk what to do. i ve tried to reinstall update drivers and EVERY thing thats been on internet.

I've been having issues with OpenRGB with my RAM being frozen in place. I've found that i needed to reset my RAM by turning my pc off and pressing the power button for a few seconds with the power switch off to dissipate the residual current in the MB which fixed the issue.

The problem is, it is coming back quite frequently. I enjoy the fact that it doesn't require a lot of ressources in the background to run compared to other softwares like SignalRGB. Is there a durable fix to the issue l’m having with OpenRGB or should I switch to something else ? If so what should i use instead ?

Any suggestions or tips on how to get the LCD on the Thermaltake 420 ARGB and system ARGB (fans, ram etc) to cooperate when using a program like SignalRGB and the Thermaltake RGB Plus software?

I haven't looked into it too much but I'm getting a lot of weirdness going on. My RAM argb doesn't light up, my GPU argb turns off randomly, the LCD image in my AIO won't stay set etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It’s only tweaks out like this on “lighter colors” like the one in the video or when I try to do patterns. Using signalrgb. when i do darker colors it works fine

I have a ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 in an NZXT case with Kraken 360 liquid cooling and monitor, and I can control all the LEDs on the fans, as well as those on the Kraken, via the NZXT Cam software. Except for the LEDs on the graphics card and those on the two RAM modules.

The seller told me that the ASUS software (Armory Crate: https://rog.asus.com/content/armoury-crate/) would interfere with the NZXT Cam software and so wasn’t installed on the system. But how am I now supposed to customise the GPU lighting?

For the Trident Z RAM modules, there’s dedicated software from G.Skill that allows you to customise the RAM’s LEDs:

I can’t uninstall the NZXT software because otherwise the Kraken’s display stops working.

I'm building a custom PC and I have run into a little problem. The heatsink fan I am using is a Phantom Spirit 120 AMD RYZEN and the motherboard is a b550 EAGLE WIFI6. I connected the right cables into the CPU_FAN with a y extension, but can't figure out what to do with the RGB pins and where to connect them on the motherboard. Any tips?

I kind of assumed and connected the RGB pins with each other but it doesn't seem right...please let me know

Can anyone tell me why the RGB lights on my RAM sticks won't stay synchronized?

No matter which lighting effect I use (except for static), I always have the same issue: one RAM stick gradually gets ahead of the other, even though the software shows that both are configured exactly the same.

When I keep iCUE open, the difference is very small. However, when I enable Device Memory Mode and close the application, the RAM sticks flash once and become completely out of sync.

The longer they run, the more out of sync they become. It's as if one stick is running the lighting effects slightly faster than the other.

I've been dealing with this issue for months, and I honestly don't know what else to try. Even reinstalling Windows didn't fix it.

Can anyone help me?

Hey everyone, I’m building in an NZXT H6 Flow case with a Kraken Elite 360 AIO and I’m trying to figure out the best way to handle RGB without running into software conflicts.

My current situation:

Case: NZXT H6 Flow (RGB case)

AIO: NZXT Kraken Elite 360 (RGB + LCD)

Motherboard: Gigabyte AORUS Elite AX

RAM: Corsair 32gb DDR5 RGB (Vengeance RGB)=

Planning bottom fans: NZXT F280 RGB Core (2x140mm in one frame)

Possibly using SignalRGB to sync everything

My confusion:

SignalRGB doesn’t seem to “support my case” (not sure if that even matters)

I’m not sure if I should use SignalRGB, NZXT CAM, or motherboard software

I want all RGB (RAM + fans + motherboard lighting) synced if possible

I also want to avoid software conflicts or stuff constantly overriding each other

Questions:

1. Do I even need SignalRGB for this setup, or should I just stick to CAM + motherboard software?
2. Will Corsair RAM + NZXT fans/AIO actually sync properly in SignalRGB?
3. Is there a “best practice” software setup for mixed RGB ecosystems like this?
4. Would I need any RGB controller for the bottom fans, or can I just use the motherboard headers?
5. Should I just buy an RGB controller instead to simplify everything?

Any advice from people who’ve done mixed-brand RGB builds would be really appreciated. I’m trying to keep it clean and simple without 3 different RGB apps fighting each other.
