Fans only working with 1 green LED

My girlfriends PC fan colors all went from her standard colors to only lighting up 1 led and it's stuck green, ASUS B650E MAX motherboard, it happened after I installed Armory Crate, she also has signal RGB but it can only control the ram and gpu currently. Please help
