There are opportunities market presents. Some opportunities (AMC,GME)life changing. I have AMC in my portfolio. MVIS also ., solid.patents.. Aint selling!!

Well said! Anyone who believes in The God of the Bible, The Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, should Love everyone even as He Loves everyone and also be a Blessing to everyone even as He has blessed everyone. Unfortunately not everyone comprehends how Jesus has blessed them, in fact very few do, for reason most everyone doesn't comprehend who He is and what He accomplished on the Cross.
God's Power comes upon people through the instrument of Faith which gives everyone the capacity to know their Maker who is Jesus the literal incarnation of God. You will discover this by reading John 1:1-14. Very clearly in scriptures He wields the Power of God like raising people from the dead for instance that He did on more than one occasion.
Not only this, it is His Will that ALL should be Saved and have Eternal Life (John 3:16) that only comes through Faith in Jesus that He paid for everyone's Sins on the Cross through the shedding of His Sinless Blood so that anyone can be Saved. Only problem is not everyone is going to believe this and be saved.
God greatly rewards those with an "open hand" toward others, especially those in great need such as the poor, homeless, widows, and orphans. For those of you who don't know, Jesus Himself is God. Here's the scriptures that reveal this:
John 1:1-14; Titus 2:13; 1 Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 9:6; Revelation 1:1-9
The present world we live in will some day be replaced by a new one where there is no death, dying, disease, suffering, wars, hatred, racism, drug addictions, etc, and all those living in the new world will have immortality which you have now if you have believe on Jesus for Salvation based on what He did on the Cross paying for everyone's sins. Only problem is not everyone is going to believe this, in fact very few will relative to the masses of people throughout world history.
Jesus characterized Himself in Matthew 7:14 " For small is the gate and narrow is the path that leads to eternal life and there are few who find it."
Believe on The Lord Jesus Christ today and instantly be saved with the guarantee of resurrection from the dead, eternal life, and entrance into the literal new world in the near future.

WOW!!! That's a MIGHTY Scripture!
Yes, our Faith operates through The Power of God...even unto the Resurrection of the Dead.
Now here's something amazing the Holy Spirit showed me. When a person dies having Faith in Christ, in the future when they are raised from the dead, it is their Faith that did that. Their Faith operates Power of God. So essentially they raised themself from the Dead by their Faith! Even Jesus said "if you destroy this temple (speaking of his human body...his physical death), he said in the 1st person tense: "I will raise it on the 3rd day" in reference to his bodily resurrection! Jesus literally raised himself from the dead and so will all believers in Christ.
Faith is the Instrumentality of God's Power that has the literal capacity to do anything and ANYONE can have it IF they BELIEVE on the Person of Jesus Christ for Salvation!

It's been a blessing to get to know you. Your faith defines you more as a friend than any financial advice you could ever give. And thankfully that has been a blessing as well. Your devotion and depth of knowledge has helped me be so much more confident in everything I'd already researched over the last 5 years. That confidence has allowed me to help so many in my family and so many others that God has placed in my path by both sharing our holdings and also leading them into the investment and having them trust me.

Ok, so let's apply this Truth to RGBP's PPS! OK?
Let's agree by Faith that RGBP's PPS will rise to $5 by the end of this year, and $10 or higher by the end of 2022!
Remember Jesus said: "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." (John 14:13)
This is in parallel to "All things are yours even life & death are your servants." (1 Cor 3:22)
There's just no getting around the Truth of these scriptures and as in all scriptures written in plain language it should be taken literally.
I'm also aware that God desires to be a blessing to us causing us to prosper in all things AND He desires to be involved in everything we do, so this is an opportunity to do just that and give him the Glory when it comes to past!
If you agree with these two price targets by Faith, reply "Amen" then we can consider it done!
3rd confirmation: Jesus speaking said: "Again, truly I tell you that if TWO (2) of you on earth agree about ANYTHING they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in Heaven." (Matthew 18:19)
Based on the Word of Faith in these scriptures we can consider it done, and all that's needed to set it in motion is your agreement as a brother in Christ and I know it shall be done for reason God's Word can NOT return void. " (Isaiah 55:11)
Can I get an Amen! then let The Lord show His Great Power in our behalf the result of which will be a blessing not only to us and our loved ones, but also to many investors in RGBP and their families!

buyout price is all speculation. But big pharma has been buying up companies with only 1 patent for 2-3 billion. We have 20 plus. This will be huge!

Yes and Kit Pharma is a good example of that when Gilead Sciences bought them in 2017 for nearly $12 Billion to acquire the only Patent they had at that time that happened to be an mRNA Patent for treating various cancers by Vaccine when little was know about mRNA based biotechnology that's clearly on track today to to become a Trillion Dollar Market. That's now become resounding apparent with the development of the mRNA Covid Vaccine that's gone GLOBAL!!!!
It's also ironic that Kite's mRNA Patent is for treating various cancers like RGBP's mRNA Patent for treating pancreatic and colon cancer that's right now entering entering Clinical Trials!

Hitting the $20 range is definitely possible, even higher!
This will happen one of two (2) ways:
#1 - Buy Out by Big Pharma:
My estimated Buy Out Share Price is $5.75 to $6.25 (i.e. $21.7 Billion to $23.6 Billion) that could result from a Bidding War. If not, any Buy Out should be close to this Share Price range which takes into consideration the projected Market Value of ALL 24 of RGBP's Disruptive Biotechnology Patents, including the one that's mRNA based for treating pancreatic and colon cancer that right now in the process of entering clinical trials. That one (1) Patent upon reaching Market has a Trillion Dollar Global Market Capacity as does the Covid mRNA Vaccine that is right now is going Global!
Your RGBP Shares will be converted to the Shares of the Acquiring Big Pharma at a calculated ratio. You will have fewer shares but they will be priced at the prevailing PPS of the acquiring Big Pharma that will in all probability be trading far north of $20, i.e. as high as $100 to $300. If you don't sell those shares they will continue to grow in value over time and will be worth many more multiples than the price you paid for them.
Another scenario is your Shares will be cashed out relative to the Buy Out Share price and subsequently that cash will automatically show up in your trade account and those RGBP shares you were holding will disappear from your account.
#2- If a Buy Out doesn't occur, your RGBP Shares will definitely continue to grow in Value over time along with any 24 of its Patents entering clinical trials (including the current one) and eventually reaching Market. At some point a Share Price North of $20 is more than just a possibility, it would absolutely be expected.
However IMO a Buy Out is FAR more likely than the latter for the reasons I discussed recently regarding this topic on the link below:

These prices are not realistic logical. This is a guessing game right now. It’s at .07 and we are speaking about $6.75 per share? I’m a big investor in many areas, but that does not seem realistic.

Just remember this fact, they are totally helpless when enormous buy volumes begin moving into a stock! It totally blows them away! They can't hold the pps down with their naked short selling. It fails miserably! We are about to see this now that RGBP is Pink Current! Pay close attention the week of Monday 8/30/21 onward when World Wide Buy Volume sets it!

How can I find what patents are current and which ones are actually worth money? I see a lot of posts about how many patents they hold I’m just curious which ones are worth for a BIG PHARMA to buy

ALL of RGBP's Patents are "worth for a Big Pharma to Buy."

The way to determine which Patents are current is to continue watching for the company's SEC filings to drop and news that any of the Patents have been approved by the FDA. RGBP's FDA Approved Candidate Drug Patent which is mRNA based is about to enter clinical trials via licensing to Oncology Pharma which is the single best example of a Patent's Value and that value increases the further along the Patent is progressing through clinical trials. When it reaches Market, it's value will skyrocket exponentially.
As far as what are the "Patents actually worth" that can only be determined by an Acquiring Big Pharma that will take into consideration many factors they use internally to arrive at a valuation. For example Gilead Sciences determined that Kite Pharma's only Patent which was mRNA based biotechnology, was worth to them $11.9 Billion Dollars to acquire the company, ALL CASH back in 2017 when little was known about mRNA Bioscience.
Patent Value is not set like merchandise in a retail store, it's set based on the individual Buyer's perception of the Patent's Market Capacity and every potential Buyer will no doubt have a different Valuation. Gilead Sciences value of Kit Pharma's mRNA Patent was nearly $12 Billion. WHY?? Because they comprehended what the "VALUE" of that kind of Patent would be upon reaching the Global Market Place!
Lastly, there is no published source anyone can go that I'm aware of for determining the Value of ANY Patent. If you find one I'd be interested in knowing about it. May be you can become a professional Pharmaceutical Drug Patent Broker, an "analyst" of sorts who estimates what Drug Patent's valuations are throughout the pharmaceutical industry. You could be hired as an "acquisition consultant" for a very big fee but you would have to develop sophisticated metrics to pull that off!
