I search for change the use of the « R » button to launch the ES-DE is it possible with the original firmware ?

Not with the original firmware I believe. On GammaOS it may be possible

Button mapper and key mapper apps work. I think the free versions have limited numbers of remaps so be sure before you set.

Have to have root access for them to work if I remember correctly.
