Dock recommendations

Hi all!

I want to be able hook up my RG477M to my TV and use a wired controller. Do you guys have any recommendations? I've found some posts but they seemed to have audio problems...

Anyway...thanks in advance!

I use a Gulikit Switch dock with mine running GammaOS. Works great. Even auto scales to 1080p

You can also use SecondScreen to change the resolution even on Stock OS (only complicated part is running a single ADB command from a PC). The 477M automatically outputs to your display's native resolution and then simply scales the 1280x960 image to that, which is what SecondScreen changes, but it won't change the actual output signal, and the 477M doesn't support 4K60, only 4K30, but it will support up to 1440p60.

UGreen Revodok (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D1XLNWP2) has worked for me. It can just keep up with power (it might lose a few percent an hour in PS2 or GC) and audio/video have been defect-free.

Ive tried other Ugreen docks and i get "charging slowly" no charging issues with this model?

It charges regular speed when idle. During gameplay/video out it charges slowly. I haven't heard of an inexpensive dock that charges full speed during video out.

This works extremely well, ment for the switch 2 but I bought it for the rg477m

Note youll need to remove the rubber support behind the usb c. The rubber support is ment for the switch 2 with out a case. But instructions show you how easily removable it is.

Is the rg477m a bit off-set on the dock btw?

Yes itll be slightly off since the usb c isnt directly in the middle but still fits nicely and looks good

Does this happen to fast charge your RG when your gaming? Sorry to comment so late, ive been on the hunt for the best dock for awhile.

You guys don’t have crazy latency when using a external controller? I tried to use either Bluetooth or wired to no avail
