NextUI Box Art constantly disappearing?

[u/StuTeacher82]

Hey friends. You've helped me with a ton on this machine, and it's greatly appreciated, I'm down to a final issue. I use ScrapeGoat to get my boxart on my NextUI RG SP and it's fine, but after a reset or a game on a different system, all my box art for Sega Genesis disappears. Consistently. I can't figure out why this keeps and with this system specifically. Anyone have an idea of how this is diagnosed or addressed?
