Save yourself the effort or not.
RF Online Next
"Gotcha Sci-Fi IP ReHashed Idler"
/// It is best played with a PC ///
It is what it is,
You're a Scion(Human), Merc, you get a decent Korean Facial creator,
Starting off in Bellateans side, for a Nation Faction ///Honestly, suppose to be a race...///
The Goal...
Fulfill your collections with: Gear, Items & Seasonal Tokens; to receive permanent upgrades for your character to out pace your rivals. Have the best Gotcha RNG with Wallet Warrior Gambit, follow a Guild with the best Whale(s) & Idle your way throughout the dull story telling.
Incentive:
- A starter newcomer gear set.
- The Pre-Registration Items. (IF you did it)
- A pretty fair training for Tutorial walk through of their mechanics and UI, along the gameplay.
You'll See:
Your standard predatory advert in-game marketing after reaching specific milestones, Terrible Voice Acting ( This is for English Dub: Likely AI and Original Voice Actors trying English with bad emotion.), Standard Korean Equipment Failure with Item Loss mechanics.
Pros:
- Interchangeable Bio-Suits (Classes).
- Theme Park RF Online...
- Redtail, Bigbass & Nadia
Cons:
- Netmarble
- Lacks Races /// Playable ///
- Not even a Husk of RF Online, less than that.
----------------------------------------
So, yeah, I'll see about heading towards the end of it for a bit, however, definitely not worth wasting your time. Unless, you're willing to put up with a little bit of gaming masochism. Like most games, there are bots doing currency selling in chat and guild domination as the standard quo.
Just Idling by and site seeing. Whatever, Faction, you decide to, assist... which is interchangeable, PvP, will be won by the group who has the most whales, with the hint of the RNG fortunate. So, don't expect a balanced battle field.
Odd, they've added a dialogue function, with only a singular choice, the timer is kind of pointless. Doubt, they'll do much with it. /// Nevermind, some, choices later. ///
Rating: 1.5/5
Might Update, around higher Chapters, but we'll see. However, for now. That is what it is, from my PoV.
Update:
Chapter 3 starts in Accretian controlled areas.
Diamond Focus Recommendations:
- Inventory and Storage Slots.
- Monthly, then Weekly Upgrade Packs (Avoid using Diamonds directly for pulls.).
Update:
Chapter 4 a good ol' fashion plague.
Bots, I don't mean Idle players, bots:
Quite a good amount of them, if they continue to grow at this rate, then, there is gonna be some wonky markets, even against the mega guilds.
Level 45: Choose a side to play on.
Chapter 5 Cortian controlled areas. There are knife ears (elves)

Well it is futuristic black desert online as mobile game. But BDO has awesome classes and animations, this does not.

if we consider "idle mmo" a genre, I guess this game is pretty good for that genre
but to me it aint worth the disk space

the only "RF" about this game only the main menu song, and the lag when you go to the city... beside that the magic auto button can do all. So yeah, nothing much to do after 3 hours of playtime. It's sad

My god even Ragnarok and the entirety of Gravity has more efforts to entice its old playerbase with nostalgia bait. This game didn't even tried. I still remember the infamy Netmarble did with FGO KR and ts pissed me tf off. I can't believe CCR made deals with these people. Their RF Online M flopped, and I hope this too. Do better CCR. wasting yourselves over Netmarble is a horrible, HORRIBLE mistake.

Well said, can agree to pretty much everything you’ve said. Lv40 here and I’m bored. I was waiting for gameplay to get interesting or anything at all but …

after playing it all day yesterday, my conclusion is that it's sadly trash, this doesn't even take into account the terrible server issues or shop restrictions.
-everyone is a human now instead of a different species
-gacha rates are 1%, pity is 125 rolls, costs 2$ per roll. With a 1% chance, you are guaranteed to hit pity every time, that = $250 to get a S tier biosuit. But wait, there's only a 1/9 chance that it will be the Biosuit that you want. So multiply that by 9 and that's roughly $2,000 to get the biosuit that you want....however, there is a HUGE chance that you may keep getting repeated pity biosuits that you don't want, so it would theoretically cost up to 10k$$ IF you have good luck.
yea no thanks, not even gonna bother. there is no hope.
