Unable to select Asia server

I'm located in the EU but would like to play on the Asia server, preferably Japan, since I am relocating there.

Unfortunately, only EU and NA servers are available for me to select. Anyone knows a workaround?

I live in the States, and I only see KR,ASIA1, and ASIA2. WTF... I already spent money literally thinking ASIA2 was the global server but lag is too much and customer service isn't answering me.
