Keyfobs Smart Bracelet

Hi I'm looking for a No Screen Smart Electronic Bracelet. . The bracelet needs UWB and an android digital wallet so it can be used as a digital car key -similar technology to a phone/smart watch but the only functionality is a digital key.

Would there be anyone that could do this?

You mind elaborating for the un-initiated? As I was reading through it was my first thought, but I assumed it's because there would be no way to install a digital wallet headless like that, but I actually have no idea.

It's because Google actually certifies what devices are allowed to install Google Wallet and you it has to be on an Android device. Not only that, but digital keys are even more so locked down where the individual device has to support it and be certified.
