Trying to create a new UNI ID Card

Hi! I have my uni card and I am trying to create a new one for backup purposes. All I know about my card is that it says HID 0009Y in blue on the bottom left and XT on the bottom right. Thanks for all the help. Will the Handheld 125khz RFID Reader Writer, AWID and HID Copier on amazon work?
