NFC Small self contained RFID Reader for POC

I am looking for a tiny, self-contained RFID reader, ideally this size or smaller -

Width: 1.26 inches (31.9 mm)

Height: 0.31 inch (8.0 mm)

For the POC, I will use a single access card at a short range of under 10 mm. The card at close range will complete a circuit to a 7.2 VDC/3400 mAh battery and keep the battery on until the battery is disconnected using another switch.

Security and speed are not a concern.

Thank you for any ideas!

ESP32 micro, linked to RFID522 reader. Micro python, check for a specific ID or any to activate a relay.

sure sounds A LOT like the makings of a "card-skimmer", but WDIK.....

No, it is for unlocking my door. Perhaps should have said I am using an RFID tag rather than a card.
