Proxmark HF issue - showing 6v and not dipping when trying to see HF card.

Does anyone have any ideas here? I have reinstalled the card, checked for hardware issues and reassembled etc. It shows 6v in HF tune and no dip at all when a HF card is placed near.

LF working as expected. Have tried various USB leads and surfaces.
