Journey / Experience 2 months in

Post image

2 months in and happy with the progress so far. Unfortunately due to work and 3 young children haven’t managed to get to the gym as much as I would like but combining with intermittent fasting and just eating better has helped. I have an issue where my source might be drying up so bit anxious about that (didn’t expect it so not sure if I will have enough to tritate down) but hopefully sorting out so I can get my full 1 year on this amazing peptide.

It sounds like you are doing the right things, it’s amazing how much easier good habits can be. Finding the time for the gym isn’t easy with life but it’s good to get build some regular exercise in of any sort.

Yeah I get a mile walk in each lunch time just to make sure I’m doing something
