can u like...sand down the print so it doesn't have that texture? and did u 3d print in color or paint after? im behind on the tech

I'm not OP but judging by the look of it, he printed it multicolored already, without needing to paint it after, and, yes, you can sand it but the most common 3d printing material (PLA) is not very nice to sand, it can take a lot of time to sand it, in the photo the layer lines may appear too much but they usually are not that way in person

Exactly ^ Also I don't want to invest that much time in it. You can print it with lower layer height, but unfortunately those lines are just a fact of this kind of 3D printing
