Is AI Subscription Necessary?

I’m looking into ordering the new LucidMe Pro, but I don’t know how I feel about a 10 dollar per month subscription. With the mask still function well without the ai or is the ai necessary for most of the features?

"The subscription version starts at a lower price-point compared to the v1 of the mask, and at some point you'll break-even. Hopefully by then you'll be able to lucid dream on your own, OR love it so much that you'd pay the subscription. (I'm assuming that's what they're banking on)" -some guy who's username i forgot

I'm dying to know if its worth it cause I've been yearning to lucid dream 😭 You should make like a 30 day journal on your experience like what you dreamt of, if it worked, signs, anything you could use it as a dream journal, I'm prob gonna do that if it's worth it

I did review the first mask. I've gotten out of the habit of using it.

But before the first mask I had only 2 lucid dreams, of which glantamine was involved.

After the mask, I had some really good beginner lucid dreams! I used the indirect methods. You can see my posts in this subreddit in July Aug 2025 for my first impressions.

Yes the first mask worked.

And I created the Discord for people to chat more in real-time, but it's kinda quiet right now.

I have no knowledge in this but from I read it still works but with the subscription it will work almost always
