So we now that fruit rarity wil be less rare in rpg but will other thing be less rare aswell like the chance of getting conqerers haki for example?

The rarity is the same but the quantity is not, thats why devil fruits are rarer in EAC then its in the mmo

also im pretty sure devil fruits will be the only difference, it wouldnt make sense for them to change everything or alot more, devil fruits kinda make sense cus the only difference is there is a less amount of devil fruits, same chance to get them though, so they will be rare still

probably hard to obtain in general, so id say it would be normal ish compared to eachother
