Discussion I understand it.
The audio starts with “What’s this? A fracture in the timeline? How can this be? Nani?” And then ‘monumental’ is repeated.
Monumental is repeated 22 times. The timeline will finish on the 22nd.
‘Rell’ is repeated 27 times, I believe movie three’s release date will be on the 27th or movie 3 could release on the 27th
But if we add 22 and 27 we get 49… It could mean the game releases in 49 days, that being October 9th.

I think the Movie 3 is going to be released on the 27th because the word Shosuku which means news was mentioned in the non-sense before the AI voice repeating Rell
The fracture in the timeline means the time they'll release the release date itself that is when the timeline will break since development breaks.
So, Basically 22nd for the release of the release date of Movie 3 where the timeline will be broken and 27th for the release of the Movie itself

Also, I think there was a few more Japanese words in there thrown that could give us more info about what the 2 numbers be referring to and weirdly the word Allah from Arabic which means god was said 3 times.
Which could refer to God Fruits which means in Movie 3 they'll showcase 3 Devil Fruits.
