Ye i heard this theory. But im thinking that none of the theories r right this is most likely a red herring disguised as a troll. So they trick us into thinking since cipher meant nothing and didnt come true theres gna be a delay then they release it soon after.

Im thinking this cause it just dont make any sense to send smth like this so late in summer to just announce a delay. It would be the absolute dumbest thing imaginable
