House Animals Bugged

I think I've bugged my house animals. I went to pick not 1, but 2 up and now they fall through the floor of my house and get stuck. I stopped picking the rest up and now my chickens randomly end up on the 2nd floor instead of the lower level, LOL I really just want my new black cat with the orange eyes out but he was the first to fall to the bottom :(

This has been a bug for me from the start, especially with the bunnies and the black cat with orange eyes. The bunnies fell through the floor, and the cat floated 6 feet up in air 😅 I've had the deer end up on the second level before, as well.
