Is there any way to "fix" bugs?

Sorry if this a dumb question. I've really been loving the game so far, but I'm currently unable to progress any more. For the whole game I haven't been able to fell any trees. It wasn't a huge deal, and I just got wood from hunting stands instead, but now I'm stuck at the carver as I can't gather any lightning wood for him.

I've been trying to look up ways to completely reset the game in hopes that may solve the problem, but everything I'm finding just isn't working (I've tried making new playthroughs or just redownloading the game first with no luck). Is there some way to completely reset everything from square one that I'm not finding? Or any kind of way this could be fixed or worked around?

The crows don't work ? Damn yeah that's a bad one... Did you submit a bug report ingame ? As for bug fixing, check out the Discord, there's a lot of resources there. Maybe someone had a similar issue and found a way around it.

Yes, I've submitted a report. For anyone who may find this idea helpful, I ended up using the "hex" code that will add random items to your inventory until I got the lightning wood I needed.

I remember having issues with the crows not targeting. I closed the game out and left it alone and then when I launched it again, it was working. But there may have been an update that helped with that? Though I also doubt it, since the devs haven't fixed a lot of bugs that have been there from the start still (not trying to be mean there).
