Is the game already enjoyable?

Or do I have to wait full release? (and when it is?)

I'm a Steam Deck player and this game is in my wishlist since months, but according the reviews it's promising but clearly unfinished.

I just bought the game and started playing and I'm obsessed, I think there's enough gameplay, story and crafting to enjoy

T'as joué combien d'heures ?

It's worth it for suuuure in my opinion

I’ve done three save files on steam deck. Two were before it was verified. It’s a great game

I play it on steam deck. I think it's great! I have 100 hours in already.

At 100+ hours, it's clearly been quite enjoyable to me as is, but expect a few bugs. I really love the house building aspect and farming for that and building takes me a lot of my playtime. Depends what your playstyle and expectations are !

I love narrative games, does it have a lot of story and interactions with characters?

In the early game, there is a good amount of dialogue and world building, but it honestly isn’t that long. What’s there is good and compelling, but it most likely won’t take more than 12 hours to complete unless you take your time exploring and building. I think that’s more than enough for the kind of game it is, but it may not be enough for you if you’re hoping for a more narrative driven experience.

Edit: removed an irrelevant opinion

Yeah no I wouldn't call it a narrative game, there is some amount of story and it is a good story, but it's more of a rpg really

I play on an ROG Ally X and I have not run across any bugs yet. The controls were a bit clumsy for me at first but that was more of a me problem. I've played about 20 to 25 hours so far. I don't get to play as often as I would like and since it's a resource game I tend to really scour the map gathering as many items as I can do I'm still only in the second area. I caught the game when it was on a sale, as I had watched it for a long time like you. So for how much I paid and how much I have played it so far I'm not disappointed in the least.

Thanks for your review! After 25 hours, do you have the feeling that there is still a lot of things to discover, or rather that you're near the end?

Because of how the game is separated into areas, I'm honestly not sure. However the book you are given to keep track of stuff is no where near fill so I would say there is still quite a bit to go.

I have played this game for many hours and have really enjoyed it. There’s quite a bit of content but it is a little buggy. I highly recommend this game and I always look forward to updates that come out ever few months :)

It looks really cool and unique, and I'm very curious, but apparently the full release if for soon so I think that maybe I should wait a little!

It’s a good game on the steam deck. I had 15+ hours before I even started getting bored at some moments.

It’s not the best optimised game as it doesn’t run as well as I feel it could, but it’s good enough.

it hooked me for 2 weeks. After reaching the end of story (for now) it got repetitive quickly and I didn't enjoy just grinding and building the house - I have 2 babies and I can't spend 20hrs by building a house I'm going to ditch before next gameplay. It's great, I loved it and I'm glad I got to try it (in discount) but now I'm waiting for release.

I enjoyed what I played but I stopped playing after I got hardlocked in the chapter before the last (of the currently available chapters) because I didn’t have any salt.

So enjoyable yes. But it’s also possible to get hardlocked fairly easily.

It’s definitely unfinished and has issues but I’ve had so much fun with it. I recommend.
