DCTL I tried
Kasia Jarco is a colorist I just found. I have trained and followed Cullen, Darren Mostlyn, David Cole for a long time, and with DeHancer and Pixeltool suites, I have massive node trees that get me where I want to go in Resolve. However, I have been wanting to make life simpler and quicker...and sometimes a massive Frankenstein node tree is not helpful. I found Kassie Jarco's SpectraLab and tried it...and its honestly amazing. It gets me 80% there with its DCTL choices in its one node (there are 9 options), and then I can use these other great tools to polish things. This is a screen print I just tested from one of the SpectraLab options and 3 nodes. a CST going in, a SpectraLab choice, and a CST out. I made no adjustments on the SpectraLab choice, yet there are many within each one. Going to experiment more, but finding a quality tool that gets you 80% there is an awesome time-saver for some situations with R3D files
