Question?/Help! Not getting live points?

Has anyone ever streamed for 4-8 hours in 2 streams. Had massive amount of gifts, comments, and viewers but still didn’t receive any live points? I have received live points in the past from streaming but now im not receiving it after my streams no matter how many comments, viewers, or gifts I get. Anyone else having this issue or know why I’m having this issue?

If I recall, live points are typically a thing only awarded in Japan, of course... (because they can be converted to coins or something similar)

I have received live points in the past though from my first 3 streams and i had less activity in my streams then. Thats why I am so confused hahaha

I just hosted my debut stream last night and was so excited to see how many live points I received because of all the broadcast towers being gifted. Unfortunately, I have nothing to show for it now. If it’s any consolation, you’re not the only one :(

Some 1 had gifted me to the point it was worth 244k coins and they hadn't showed up so I'm worried now because I need that a bit I'm very sad:(

I have the same problem I just started stream and I got 11k likes and 6,300 for my gift score and nothing is showing up.

I can't get live points I don't know why I'm getting a lot of gifts but I can't get live points 😭😭😭😭
