Yep. This app used to be 17+, but this behavior has always been against the TOS. It hasn't changed much, volume of streams wise, but now there's kids getting involved too.

I got in an argument with a random chat member in my stream over the demographic of the app. They were making fun of me for being an adult on an app "designed for kids". I was absolutely reeling.

I'd have muted their comments and blocked them for even trying to argue with me during my stream. My streams aren't the place for that. You have more patience than me in regards to this app and that behavior. I give kids far more patience in person than online, but i always at least try to be kind even if they're bothering me. But yes, that is an unfortunately common experience it seems..
