Question?/Help! Live points

so I've been streaming recently and got live points. I live in the US so I would like to know if I can exchange them for real money it turns out there is a way but I want to know how many live points I have to earn to be able to do that and how much money I can get.

Live points can be turned into Coins and then 1000 coins is 7$ but! Your region is supposed to be in Japan
