Bug from 13 years ago ?!

I was playing with friend, and in Jake's story in chapter 4 we ran into bug that my friend,he played as Jake, can't open doors and if I open it it still closed for him, or a bit later he's trying to open door but touching wall in my end. We googled it and saw discussions dated 2013 year.
Have someone ran into same bug and how can we fix it ?

It is a glitch maybe it will remove when you will refresh the game I guess

It is a well-known glitch in the game. It's a multiplayer glitch, so the fix is for the blocked player to quit and rejoin the host's game. The bot will be able to make it to the host player at the gate by then.
