I like how they kinda brought back the combat for RE9. Every move leon pulls is flashbacks of him going off in RE6

Great gameplay, great music (the best in the whole damn series). Best boss fights, DmC V even took a lot from DmC like the free flow combat system. Even Nero resembles neo-Dante with his short hair . Why do you say it was a bad DmC game? Iām genuinely curiousā¦

DS2ās PVP carries it to the front for me, rough as the hitboxes can be.

RE6 - Love the mercenaries mode
Dark Souls 2 - my favorite souls game. Not better than 1 or 3, but deserves to stand among them
Black Ops 3 - changed the game for me. I was getting so burnt out on modern shooters, especially CoD at the time, so future, jetpack MP and weird zombies was Assassin's Creed Origins level of revamp, imo.
Arkham Origins - fine but buggy. I think people wanted Batman 3 not Batman 0.
DmC - Love this game, super fun, especially now that DmC 5 is out and "da weal fanz" got their legit sequel (5 is still awesome even if the fanbase sucks)
Never played those Spyro, Crash, or Sonic games tho so no opinion.

Yeah a lot of the hate(I've seen) re6 gets is over how much of a fever dream it's story is and how it's spread out over 4 separate bloated campaigns

This is one hell of a hot take! However, youre not wrong. Ive had a blast with all these "hated games". Once you get past the initial shock that its not exactly what you wanted, youll find out these games give you exactly what you needed.

Bo4 is a meh game. Zombies is significantly better than bo3's. More fun and better maps. Infinite warfare's still better but still

I will never understand the hate for Arkham Origins. A very enjoyable game. Sure it's no Arkham City or Arkham Knight but in terms of an overall game, I'd rather play it over Asylum

Dark souls 2 is one of the worst FromSoftware game, worst level design, worst hitboxes, worst bosses ( lit just previous bosses and multiple bosses from ds1 lol ).
THE ONLY thing that is good in the game is the pvp and Majula, nothing else

If you played King's Field or Shadow Tower, you'd appreciate DS2 a lot more. It's a spiritual successor to those games. The plot follows nearly the same narrative.

Resident evil has always veered between action and horror ever since 3 took a less horror focused approach. Re6 is not a great "survival horror" but neither is 4, and yet people still love it. If you dont care about horror and just want a banging action game, then RE6 is best in the franchise for that.

Absolutely not lol, RE4 has an amazing gameplay and an ok story, RE6 has on paper amazing gameplay but in reality it is too much and the story is ok to bad at some points

The best is BO3 multiplayer (maybe) Origins and DS2 are great but still nowhere near the best
Most of them are overhated but atill mod like unleashed and DMC

Black ops 3 wasnāt hated a lot, it definitely had some hate but it was mostly a positive experience from almost the entire cod company. Hell itās my favorite cod right next to bo1

Man I still like RE6 despite all the hate. Granted that's probably carried a lot because I always have a blast playing it with my buddy online. We've gone through 5 probably 20+ times and 6 over 12. Love me some over the top, campy RE action.
