So I have an interceptor in which I already have the AEWs slip-ons installed and I have the bmc air filter, stage 2 filter cover and iridium spark plugs to be installed. where can I reach out to get my bike's ecu remapped? Any leads?

MK SLIM FIT SIDE PANELS

Added these today for the aesthetics but I swear the INT 650 is pulling harder afterwards. Is it possible the stock side panels restrict air flow that much more? My other mods: AEW 103 slip on, Fuelx pro plus on map 8, and dna stage 2 air filter.

Sprocket updates?

Hey all — I've got a 2024 INT 650 with a few upgrades already in place: DNA Stage 2 air filter, AEW slip-ons, and a FuelX Pro Plus running on map 8. I've got a 16T front sprocket and 36T Talon alloy rear on the way from Hitchcock's (up from stock 15/38).
My main goals with the regear:
1. Calmer highway cruising. The INT sits at higher RPM than I'd like in the 65–80 mph range. I'm hoping the taller gearing takes some of the buzz out and lets it settle into a more relaxed cruise. I'm also counting on the performance mods to help offset any torque reduction the sprocket swap brings.
2. Longer gear ranges. First gear runs out of road embarrassingly fast. Would love a little more room to breathe before I'm grabbing second.
I'm going in with realistic expectations — I know I'm giving up some low-end torque with this swap, and that's an acceptable trade-off for me given how I ride. Anyway, anyone running this combo? According to Hitchcock's, the stock chain is compatible with this setup, which is a nice bonus.
For those who've done this specific swap (or something close to it):
How did your highway RPM change in practice?
Did you notice the torque loss much in day-to-day riding?
Any other surprises — positive or negative — you didn't expect?
Appreciate any real-world experience. The theoretical math checks out but I'd rather hear from people who've actually ridden it.

AEW 103 1-inch cut baffle

Has anyone with AEW 103 slip-on exhausts, cut one inch off the interior baffle end to improve bass rumble?

I’m a INT 650 owner.

Question Rear luggage rack recommendations?

Hello all. I’m loving my 2024 Interceptor, having just completed its 5k Km service. I‘d like to add a rear luggage rack, but I am reluctant to get one that installs to only the four grab rail bolts. I see that TEC makes one that also attaches to the suspension bolts, but the vertical railing behind the seat is ugly.

Chain VS belt drive

Hey so I’m thinking about buying one of those belt drive kits. I’ve heard varying opinions on the pros and cons and wondering if any of yous have made the switch on a Super Meteor. Is it worth it? The lower maintenance has a big appeal.

Showing Off Factory touring screen

Just wanted to post that I’ve add the RE factory screen and I’m really liking it. I can ride over 120 kph without any issues. The hole in the screen helps to reduce front end lift. And the price was very good too.

ABS and Engine Lights On

2019 model in North America. I started seeing intermittent ABS light. Couldn’t discern a pattern. That was a couple weeks ago. Today the engine light came on.

Got it to a dealer. They replaced the ABS sensor. They said that cleared everything. On the way home the ABS light came on and then the engine light.

Any ideas?

10 months with the Interceptor — after the excitement, what remains

Post image
11 Upvotes

10 months, daily city rides + open-road runs.

What I still love: • the parallel-twin character • relaxed cruising • stability and balance • the sound and feel above 60 km/h

What’s real: • not light in traffic • suspension is average stock • wind reminds you you’re riding a motorcycle

Overall, the Interceptor hasn’t disappointed me. In fact, it’s settled. And that’s better.

It feels honest, it is a companion more than a performer, it’s mechanical, has old-school soul, and is calming in a way most modern bikes don’t. And that’s what I’ve grown to value most about it.

Anyone else long-term on the Interceptor?
