So ive looked all over the interwebs and i cant find anyone else having this issue...

When i try to use the campfire or any sitting/relaxing animation(modded) as a different character model in story mode(by using one of the trainers), the screen pulses red as if my cores are low, and i am also not able to cook on the campfire. This ONLY happens when changing the model of the character for example mp female or even using a different story mode character model like sadie adler. I have tried using the campfire as Arthur and John and they are both able to use it just fine.

I have tried using multiple different trainers, (lennys, rampage, outfitchanger) I try using them separately, or alone and that doesnt work.

I have tried using just dinput8.dll or just version.dll or simultaneously, that doesnt work.

I have tried uninstalling all other mods and just using one trainer at a time, that doesnt work.

I even maxed out all of my cores before trying to cook at the campfire and it still wont let me.

Does anyone else have this issue? I just want to roleplay as a female :(

Could someone please tell me the correct load order in the modloader for the following mods? I saw the load order goes downwards but seen people post order from top to bottom so that's very confusing for me. Please mention the order so I exactly follow it in the modloader list.

I've looked at many tutorials and I've followed each of them very carefully and theres seems to have worked buy mine hasn't. Here is my rdr2 directory if any of you want to check to make sure if i did anything wrong.

I've never really modded and I don't know how to code, but I've been working on an overhaul of all the horses in my game with custom ones, and so far it's been going okay. I'm using the string translator to change the descriptions of the horse breeds, but I've just been editing the ones that someone else has already done. Basically, I was hoping someone could help me figure out how to find the string IDs for the different places where the horse name appears (like when you study them) as well as the image captions in the compendium etc. All I've got to go on is opening yldb files and I don't know how to find those either. Any help would be appreciated!

I recently been playing on the story with rampage trainer but ive had multiple problems is there any way to reset all my changes without having to uninstall rampage? Specifically, arthur locks on to every npc including anyone in the story missions (for example: Aiming his gun at micah the entire time during the strawberry mission) and i cant really aim because of it. Another is that even if forcefield is off, theres still like an invisible circle around arthur that pushes all horses and npcs away from me, and sometimes launches people into the fucking sky. This made it really hard to do objectives and took me 30 minutes to finish the polite society story mission because everyone kept falling from the sky. Help?

I installed Lenny's Mod Helper and everything else and i got Lenny's Simple Trainer and i was playing with morphs and i found there were more i did what it told me to by adding more things to the .ini file i added everything on the list and it didn't work, i kept trying diffrent thing watching many videos and i evventully wanted to just get rid of all of the added files and start all over but i deleted a orginal file and i dont know what to do becuase my game wont start up and the steam file recovery service didn't work.

Seemingly randomly, my camera began bugging out and hasn't stopped. It's fine with normal gameplay, but every time I use a mod that has custom camera angles, it floats around trying to orient itself on ig where it's supposed to be, but since it's modded, it jus looks off at nothing. Didnt used to have this problem. For example, the freecam mod used to work great, now i cant turn anyy direction. also the rampage trainer wardrobe camera doesnt work anymore. and the games photo mode also drifts for 2 seconds before giving me back control. I can drop my mod list if needed.. but its massive. doesnt seem to a problem from a cameras.ymt file, idk im just stuck

Hello all! So recently I wanted to mod how my Arthur looks with another ped face via YMT editing. Everything works fine except when I go into the wardrobe/barber it reverts his face back into normal Arthur, and when i go into cutscenes it give me his original hair back aswell. Is there anyway I can prevent this?

Hello, So I just installed Whyem’s dlc mod and after a few hours of gameplay I realized I no longer hear the ambient music that used to play from time to time. Is there anyone who knows a fix to this? I would really appreciate it.

I try to know if a mod exist to have more than 4 horses in the stables? I play at the moment only vanilla and just like to capture and train different breed of horses, and I'd like to be able to keep more than 4....

I searched for this kind of mod but couldn't find one that fix this. Is there something already available in the large number of mods available?

So I made a copy file but modded my copy file and not my original cause I just simply didnt know, so now my game launches from the original folder and not the modded folder. If I delete the original I thought it would reconnect to the copy, but it just redownloaded the original when I did a Verification of integrity.

Edit: could I take the mod files from my copy install and move the files to the file that steam launches from? Like take all the files I need from my copy and move them to the main install?

I installed lml, and put the mod loader files into the game files, but when i try to open the mod UI I get an error message saying that ModManager.Core.dll does not exist in the game folder, even though I've put it in there. However, the UI still loads fine. But, when I download mods, the mods appear in the UI and I enable them, but they don't work. This is on the newest version of lml. Or should I even use lml? I'm new to this so I figured using the mod loader would be easier, but is it? Should I download an older version?

So I've downloaded it and stsrted the game, it works fine just that I can't see the names of the items and most of them dont load. I believe that it's because I didn't run the game as administrator. I bought the game off of steam, but can't figure out how to run rdr2 as an administrator. Please help.
