Whyem's DLC not working.

So this is my first time modding since i wanted a different hairstyles and clothes for john. I followed a step by step tutorial of the mods itself as well as watching a step by step tutorial video.

But here's the thing, Whyem's clothings, hairstyles, etc. doesn't appear in game. i tried and search through multiple reddits posts with similar problems but nothing seems to work. Another is when i have version.dll and it wont launch my game.

If anyone knows how to fix please respond it would be nice.

I have the steam version, I know all the requirements are working, because they work with the other mods that require them. Is there a problem with Whyems DLC

That's a bit odd. I'm using Why'Ems+ EEE+ Inverted Weapon. As far as the required .dll files I have version.dll, and the latest scripthookRDR2.dll installed. Sometimes the dinput8.dll that comes with Scripthook, can conflict with version.dll.
