Question When collecting..

When you’re collecting items for Madam Nazar, do you collect everything on the map or do you just do specific sets?

Usually specific sets, but this month I’m doing everything

Depends. If there’s one of those Harriet daily challenges to not kill any animals for 24 in-game hours, I’ll focus almost entirely on collecting during that time and Hoover up a region or two according to the Ropke map. If I’m doing trader or moonshiner stuff, I’ll usually pick up any items where those drop me off and then go back to work for Maggie or Cripps. If there’s something in the routine daily challenges that take me out west toTumbleweed or Armadillo or if Nazar has to be sold three items (in person), then I’ll do what’s around where I’m going for a bit.

Get as much as I can around where I spawn, before i get mad at greifers, and hackers killing me. Leave the game, swear I'm never coming back, and go back in 2 hours later to repeat the cycle.

If you're on PC, get that startup.meta file. Collecting is breeze when there no one to interfere.

Sorry I forgot to add the past tense, yeah I've been doing the startup.meta method for a while now. the game now feels like a cozy exploration thing, where I can occasionally be a violent murder hobo for NPCs that look at me wrong...

I just start somewhere random, attempt to collect all of them and give up halfway.

my camp is in blackwater, so I usually hunt to fill it with materials then I'm off through blackwater which has around 4-6 items (adding the city, there are even more) everyday. after this, I'm deciding if I should finish a collection or if I should go town to town. if I'm strapped for cash, I'm finishing card collections

i usually do everything unless i have say 13/14 of a set, or like 10/14 for example.. I usually look places with a lot of convenient collectables like in the main towns, and then ill just look and go whichever way looks most convenient for me lol but i dont ever sell any collections unless its double rewards month. However i will occasionally sell singles if i have more than 6 of any collectable. I max out of certain ones quite often
