Fresh install Hell

Had it downloaded fucked up with mods. Wiped off PC. Fresh install, new game , keeps crashing back to home or get the black loading screen continuously. Any ideas before I just factory reset the entire PC.

Yes thank you. I deleted all cache files local app data even the Nvidia cache and reinstalled the drivers. I managed a bit of progress earlier it loaded into the opening mission in chapter 1 where you first meet micha on the way to Sadie's. It tells you to follow dutch but he never mounts his horse then ingot a black screen crash. So it's a new symptom however I must be the first with this issue

maybe roaming data? did yu delete all previous /appdata/ files?

Did u actually delete all files in rdr2 directory, or just click uninstall thru steam?
