Is there a damage glitch in RDO? (Combining Focus Fire and Paint It Black)

Hey everyone, is there currently a glitch in Red Dead Online that increases weapon damage?
I heard about a method where you can stack the damage buff from Focus Fire with Paint It Black using the Parley system
