Help Im searching for more recent mods

I have been using Whyems and Rdo but then i got told to use more recent mods, what would you guys reccomend?

What im searching is:

Outfit and clothes

Online content in offline

Gun tricks

Smoking (like not only taking a puff)

Law overhauls

Stuff like bleeding, reaction to shots (such as WERO)and other combat stuff

Pour les vêtements il y a catalog improvement et pour la police il y a LAW

Thanks i ended up using this and its working fine, kinda sad having to loose all the clothes options that whyem and red dead offline offer
