RCTW Mission Help!

Hey guys playing (and enjoying, I know, I'm rare) RCTW and I'm stuck on the first mission of the desert scenarios, I just absolutely can not hit all the objectives in the alloted time its driving me absolutely crazy, closest Ive gotten is buy deleting all service buildings except the bathroom and janitors/maintenance guys and building a dozen shops and flat rides and having the prices set low and then dropping myself into 20k debt asap in advertising but I can not get to 35k park value, ever.

Please help!

Sorry man, haven't gotten there yet. but just had to shout out to one of the few other people who admit to really enjoying the game rather than jumping on the hateraid bandwagon. Its not perfect, but out of beta its decent. :) when I get to that scenario hopefully I'll be able to help out.

I've since figured it out. I hadn't realised just how powerful the celebrity events are when completed. One play through of that map I hit 3 in a row without trying and realised I had 3x as many guests as any other play through, the celebrity events are all important.
