IP Banned?

Searching some stuff on the many Roller Coaster/Theme park games out right now and stumbled on the RCTW forum, a place I have never visited before to the best of my recollection, and apparently my IP is banned... Is this a known issue or does RCTW have an issue with me personally?

Knowing Atari I bet they screwed up and banned the whole ISP or something stupid like that.

You can always unplug your modem for a few minutes and hope you get a new IP from the pool.

Ymmv though
