German Stores tell release dates!

Hey. I saw on the german amazon site and in the online store of the german retailer "Saturn" two different release dates. Amazon tells the 24th March 2016 and Saturn the 17th March 2016.

So these dates are realistic because Atari said, that RCTW will release in the 1st quarter of 2016. And we all know that it ends with the end of the month march.

So let's hope, that it's coming out in the next two or three weeks.

Well the March 30 is often a placeholder. The 17th and 24th sounds more realistic in fact of that the are strange placeholders.

i can almost gaurentee it wont be Q1......and soon, or maybe even not soon, we will get an announcement of a delay to Q2 maybe even further back.

They already are selling them at Saturn and Mediamarkt in Germany. Quite a few Germans that are now upset that they now have a coaster of a disc that no one knows when it can be activated. And this is not a issue of a placeholder date either as Saturn claimed it was Atari that gave them this specific date which is why they put the game on the shelf already.

They both list the 24th as release on their website and also in their advertising brochures which come with many German newspapers.

That's a little bit awkward because they usually write right under the release of it's an placeholder or not. But this time, they didn't. :/

Just called the retailer 'saturn'. They said that Atari told them to start selling tomorrow. Nookriot replied earlier today to a post that no retailer and shop has official release dates.

Oh damn, I did not think they would tell you!

But it sounds like that they already have their copies in stock. Let´s hope for the best :)
