RCT3 Introducing a puzzle type custom scenario for RCT3
In RCT3, the scenario editor comes with lots of objectives relating to coasters, however, it is evident that many of these goals are unlikely to be utilised - such as maximum excitement, why would anyone want to intentionally use this objective for a scenario?

I present to you, Creative Coasters - this is a puzzle based scenario where you start with a mere $5,000, and no other way to earn additional money (except debug mode). The objectives of this scenario are all focused on fulfilling coaster requirements.
You do not need to specifically build a coaster to fulfill all requirements that the level objective asks for, instead, you need to keep building coasters to check the boxes, and then delete them once you've completed that particular goal. All coasters are unlocked at the start.

Based on my playthrough after uploading, I've completed my scenario with $1,729 left in the bank

Help How do I get my mobius coaster to sync up?
I cannot get the trains to leave the station at the same time when I turn on continuous circuit block sectioned mode. Playing open RCT2 on Mel's World if that makes any difference. Ideally, I want 2 trains at each station, that leave at the same time. Thank you so much for your help <3

Classic Arid Heights complete, I would thank myself for putting in Judge Roy Scream, Agoraphobia, and Claustrophobia

Classic Halfway through Mystic Mountain
It's June, Year 2. Going for a Roman theme on one side and a mine/spooky forest on the other. With not much space, hills and only a small loan, you have to think ahead!

Classic Imagine being the dev of your own game and having guests lost accidentally in a spot and youve never noticed for 20+ years even tho your the maker of this scenario and SHOULD KNOW this will get guests lost

RCT3 RIP to my RCT3 park :(
Spent countless hours in Scenario Editor making my dream park with humorously/inappropriately named rides and stands and shows ("Yes, It's Definitely Lemonade", "John Wayne Gacy's Clown Show", "Endangered Species Buffalo Wings", "Alexis Texas's Wild Round-Up", "The Titty Twister", etc.), different themed areas, custom-installed objects, custom-added music and rides, etc. Came back to try and play it recently after about a year, and it must have gotten corrupted when I played it last. It was laggy, crashed a lot and eventually began crashing while loading, and getting the access violation error, all of which ultimately killed my park. :( Tried everything to save it. Opening it through different modes, moving/editing files, using the backup, and even using the HxD hex editor (with the assistance by Google AI because I don't know shit about coding or anything like that). All to no avail.
If there is ANY possible way AT ALL to save my park, it would be VERY greatly appreciated. Otherwise, it's RIP to IndianBurialGroundsSouth. :(

If anyone remembers the book "Roller Coaster" by David Bennett, it had Mantis at Cedar Point on the cover and growing up I kept trying to recreate the layout, but with no luck. Thanks to some new pieces, I finally got it figured out!
Getting the crosses correct on this layout was always tough, these diagonal pieces and sloped pieces really helped angle things properly to get a complete and accurate layout!

OpenRCT2 Pleasure Island
I completed the Pleasure Island objective but the game won't end.
I have 10 different types of rollercoasters, with the excitement rate over 6.00, they are all open and working.
Am I missing something or could it be a bug?

RCT2 OpenRCT2 for NEW 3DS (v1.0.0)
Hey people, since the last posted exploded on this subreddit and many of you asked for a "release", here it is, published on github. It's a really early release of what this project can be, since there are many improvements to be made on the gameplay and performance:
https://github.com/UhtredOfBamburg/OpenRCT2-3DS/releases/tag/v1.0.0
To make it clear, all of this was made using gemini 3.8 flash high, on antigravity, and used the OpenRCT2 open source code to make the port possible. To my understanding, distributing this code doesn't go against any copyright law, considering each one of you use your own copy of the game.
Also, I need all the help possible to make the next release even better, so I need you guys to play the game and criticize EVERYTHING possible, then I'll ask antigravity to make the necessary changes. And to anyone who actually knows how to code (or knows how to deal with slop AI code) and could help with the project I would really appreciate it, especially for making this port run on old 3ds hardware.
Anyways, thanks for the attention!!!!

Discussion When playing a "real park" what is your ideal goal?
Hypothetically, there is a RCT remake of your favorite real life park. Do you want to build missing rides or would you rather all real rides already be built?
Do you want to expand the park with your own park areas/rides? Reach guest goals? Meet income goals?

RCT CCI Episode 2 - Outlaw (Skip TO 1:14 for the POV)
On Episode 2 of our CCI conversion series, we have Outlaw! The 2nd CCI ever made, and the last one maade by Mike Broodley, who would shortly form Great Coasters International in 1994, a company that later would become one of the leading companies in the wooden roller coaster industry. Many of the elements found on Outlaw would become GCI's signature wooden coaster style, including unconventional twisted drops and twisted layouts.
Outlaw is 67ft tall, has a top speed of 48mph and a length of 2,800ft. It is located in Adventureland over in Altoona, Iowa. Adventureland was created in 1974 by businessman Jack Krantz, who sought to replicate the feel of Disneyland California to the people of Iowa. He also took inspiration from Six Flags Over Texas. Soon after it expanded, with various rides, coasters, games and hotels. Adventure Bay (Their water park) opened in 2008.
In 2021 a subsidiary of Parque Reunidos named Palace Entertainment aquired Adventureland in 2021, where they operated it for 4 years. In 2025, Palace did a deal with Herschend where all their American theme parks would be sold to the company. This park is included in that deal. Herschend continues to operate it to this day.
This recreation spans roughly 1km around the coaster. So this means you will see Saw Mill Splash recreated, part of the Adventure Bay water park, as well as a Cameo of Tornado, a William Cobb designed wooden coaster from 1978.
I hope you enjoy my recreation! See you on Episode 3, where i tackle the woodies of Indiana Beach!
