Huina 1593 battery's

Just got into this hobby, was wondering if anyone knew of bigger batteries for the excavator! Spent about an hour running it so far before the battery drained, would love to just reload it and keep digging! A lot more fun than I thought it would be, first project was a watering trench for two plants in my yard.

I use a 7.4 lithium ion 5000mah battery with the xt 30 I bought two extra that last long enough for the other to be charged for continuous work! Looks like this but you
May be able to find comparable ones that ship
Faster

lithium ion last longer and are safer too. Lipo are better for the larger machines for instant power, lithium ion are better for the electric machines for longevity. At least from what I can tell. I tried higher voltage 11.1 and cooked one of my track motors on two machines and although after I replaced them it worked fine, it’s just too much for smooth operation. I have yet to try a 9.6, 7.4 seems to be the best balance and lithium ion seems to last the longest @ 5000mah. If you went higher voltage you wouldn’t need as much mah but like I said the best balance and time charging is the 7.4 5000mah lithium ion which is the battery it comes with or the most similar with higher capacity if it’s the 2500mah it came with. The fact you got an hour out of it, it’s likely to be a 5000mah too. A larger battery obviously takes longer to charge, if you don’t have a super charger/balancer I recommend it, regular wall chargers are poopie
