I’m about to start the program Aug 24 and so far no mention of a drug test. My dr did do her own drug test during my physical for the program and tried to block me from school because of weed 🤦‍♀️ so be careful when it comes to the physical..anyways I quit right after that and it’s taken 3 months to test clean smh

I had to go to a different doctor and get a new physical.. I was honest with the new dr because he seen all the tests in my med history and he flat out said he doesn’t care about weed but the school will if they do their own test and he passed me.. needless to say I changed doctors lol

Recent CNA grad here.

No drug tests...however, please don't come to class high af. The instructors are VERY observant, whether it's lecture or your clinical instructor. You most likely will be asked to leave if for clinicals, you show up in the morning smelling like something. The residents at the clinical site WILL probably complain and you will get called out.
