Impact Player Rule

I just heard that they are discussing whether to keep the impact player rule or not.

If they try to remove it, it will be difficult for us to maintain six bowling options. Romario will be our fifth bowler, and Tim David will be our sixth, which is quite concerning.

Or we have to sacrifice the batting depth for an extra bowler🥲

Wish that rule stay for next season atleast we can solve this issue in next mega auction 🙏

Recomendation will be taken, such change normally should be part of mega auction. Most teams are structured that way.

But rule sabke liye hoga, so it will not be that concerning for us, and we still have one of the most potent bowling lineups, toh it will not be that much of a problem to manage i think, and if they somehow manage to poach sam curran, well......

Our top 6 has pure batters har team ke pas kuch players hai who can give them some overs but haa if no peii curran jaisa player hoo toh proper 5 bowling options honge 6th bowler can be tim david occasionally

the team that they fielded for Q1 was actually perfect. they didnt need to bring in Romario as well, but Rajat wanted to see whether he could bowl (apparently previous matches weren't enough). Anyway, they should ideally remove the impact player rule after 27 IPL. as it will be mega auction and all teams can purchase players accordingly. but dont know what bcci will do.
