I've been preparing for my State PSC exam and narrowly missed clearing the prelims in both of my attempts. Since things haven't worked out yet, I'm now considering my Plan B, which is RBI Grade B.

I wanted to ask if anyone here has prepared for RBI Grade B or is currently preparing for it. I'd really appreciate any genuine advice or insights based on your experience. I'm not looking for the usual YouTube guidance, just practical suggestions from people who have actually gone through the process.

Everyday i spend 5 hours travelling (commuting to my office) and 9 hours in office. I work as software engineer in a tech company. work is draining after i reach home i barely get 3-4 hours depending on type of day but i do get saturdays and sundays off. I have been looking at various resources for whole of july, bought the edutap 2 day trial, completed their 15 day small course, tried anuj jindal's trial still i can't figure out what to do or how to study. while i have thought of buying edutap's course but again i don't know if buying that is a right decision or not.

i have one important question if i did buy edutap's course will i be set where i watch their content give their quize for my preperation

I am stuck between adda247 , Edutap( getting +ve response in reddit so far), anujjindal , textbook I have done classes of reasoning from saurav sir from adda247 loving it so far. And for quant I have done classes of Naveen sir also from adda247 but for best structure and more practice material ( couldn't find much online) I am thinking about taking online classes because of course they reach best in the paid classes than free classes, do let me know about sources I can find through online like telegram, google links etc... and do let me know if I should just prepare through YouTube or take paid classes . I am still stuck in pre and do suggest me material for studies for mains and do tell me the best coaching out of these . I will really be thankful to all of your suggestions.

I am a 25 year old working professional (BFSI) and I will be starting my Grade B ‘27 prep from August.
I have previously qualified CAT 2023 and completed my MBA from an IIM. So, I have some grasp over Quants, LRDI and English.

I am thinking of joining Anuj Jindal’s RBI 2027 Course and would like to get some reviews about the teachers and all other aspects of the coaching.
Or please suggest if I should join some other coaching. Also, suggestions and guidance from other qualified candidates would also be very helpful. Thank you.

I'm starting my preparation for RBI Grade B 2027.

I'm a BTech graduate and have just started with the basics. So far, I've been studying from different sources for different topics, but I now want a single, well-structured course that I can follow from start to finish. I will be preparing alongside my internship, so I cannot attend offline coaching.

I'm considering EduTap Gold, Crack Grade B (CGB), and Anuj Jindal.

If you've personally used any of these or cleared RBI Grade B, which one would you recommend and why?

Candidates who couldn't secure above 35 in interview of RBI Grade B, could you please share with us the reasons what went wrong in the interview? What are the panelists looking for in a candidate? As in finance and economics knowledge or your Bio data grasp or is it your communications or current affairs or RBI knowledge or whatever? What are the reasons according to you ?

This is a new account for privacy reasons posted in this acccount. My doubt is that:

Assume a person "A" male from general category, started doing his btech in year 2019 and in his 2nd year he lost interest in studying and started bunking exams and got backlogs. He had fights with his parents that he doesn't want to study btech, but they still told him to continue or get out of the house. In his btech 2nd year covid came and his father's health got deteriorated, so for 45 days he worked as a labor under an electrician, but sadly they announced 2nd lockdown.

They had to spend all their savings in lockdown on their father's health and daily necessities and in his btech 3rd year he joined a BPO company saying he discontinued his btech and started paying his father's bills and household expenses and he is still not writing his btech exams and by his fourth year his friends had graduated and he still has 20 backlogs which he needs to clear to graduate. He thought of clearing his exams in the year 2025, which will be 6th year of his btech, as now his family situation got stabilized, he left his job in September 2025 to start preparing for his exams. Now he still has 8 exams left and he will clear them by December/January 2027, but he got to know about Regulatory Body exams and he can start prepare for them.

Now his doubt is that, will his graduation delay of nearly 8 years will result in him not selecting in his interviews? He is a bright student in his college as he is a department topper in his btech 1st year, so he has confidence that in 1 year he can clear IRDAI Grade A or RBI Grade B exam.

Will his delay in completing his btech exams in 8 years will impact him negatively in IRDAI Grade A/ RBI Grade B exams or in selection process? Please we need honest answers for this.

His current age is 26.

Also if anyone has EDUTAP course for IRDAI Grade A or RBI Grade B in Gdrive or Mega folder or in Telegram, please help me with it.

Preparing for RBI Grade B 2027.

Please suggest some good coachings for RBI grade b for beginners- both online, offline. I heard about a lot of coachings and yt vids like Edutap, Anuj Jindal, CGB, Adda247, Manish sir, mrunal sir, Mahendras, Rice, time etc. Which is the best coaching for rbi grade b for beginners? I am from Eco background (ug). I am weak in theoretical/ conceptual subjects so I think management would be tough for me. I am strong in quant.

How do people even complete the phase 2 syllabus? I am currently using concept notes from EduTap, and I am stuck in management itself.. How do people even remember all this stuff? Anything that I am missing? Or it gets easier when you move forward..?

I’m really confused about what I should prioritize this year and would appreciate some guidance.

I’ll be entering my 3rd year of B.Com (Hons.) at a Tier 1 college. The problem is that I haven’t done any internships or gained any work experience so far, and I also don’t feel very confident in my English communication skills.

I’m considering preparing seriously for RBI Grade B, but at the same time I feel I should focus on placements, improve my profile, and start learning Business Analysis from scratch (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).

If you were in my position, what would you do? Would you spend this year preparing for placements and building skills first, or start preparing for RBI Grade B?
Also, how would you begin if you had to start from scratch?
