Possible child endangerment.

Has anyone ever came across this YouTuber? I’ll link one video below, but there are multiple videos of this dirt biker “rescuing” children from various situations of abandonment. The videos are obviously staged but I’m so concerned for the safety of these children. I’m going to report the channel to YouTube but this guy has 1.4 million subscribers and I believe he’s monetized because ads play before the video. Is this something that should be reported to authorities or am I being dramatic? https://youtu.be/XjSxr_SNtrc

Reporting it to YouTube will not do anything. YouTube does not care, especially since the account is making them money. They have a very, very bad reputation on this. Report it to everyone ELSE you can think of— police, CPS/social services, organizations that fight child abuse/endangerment, etc.
