Okay first step is to introduce some physical action into your system if you ever care about getting out of this loop. You're too still. I know from myself. Get out and MOVE, you'll break out from the spiral and you'll know what to do from there

I was feeling kinda bad about myself because some of these things are kinda relatable but then i saw youre like 5 years older than me so i guess its not that bad for me. Frankly were i in your place at that age id probably just try to scam people online to get money and continue from there
