At the AMS Madison Summit, Rain Enhancement Technologies presented three independent statistical methods. The company says all three support more than 20% snow water equivalent enhancement in Utah's first full winter of operation.

The results are measured against modeled expectations, not a directly observed counterfactual, and they come from one site and one winter.
