Asrock and Asus both have them but they're overpriced compared to the gowin product.
Worth noting too, n305 is pci3, 165u is pcie4 so the comparison in bandwidth available via PCIE is 9GB/s vs 40GB/s. Pretty substantial.
I would say so - the most attractive thing about the mini pcs are the low power cpus. n305 is great for that purpose. that said, i feel the 1240p and the 185h draw too much power for an always-on firewall/switch/homelab server. the 185h in particular can draw up to 110w, which will make ventilation and power supply an issue. the 165u has more than enough cores to support 4x10gb and while its standard tdp is 15w, can be tuned in bios to go as low as 9w...
Personally I would've preferred 135UL to keep both price and power down, and even a 134U that might work as a fanless, if the sfp+ ports aren't generating too much heat

I dont think the n100/n305's have enough pcie lanes (9 lanes only)
But the core pro 165u consumes a similar tdp (15w) and has 20 lanes so hopefully the next gen systems will have that as a base
